BMS Project Manager - Brisbane, QLD

We are seeking a skilled BMS Project Manager to lead and deliver high-quality building management system projects across Brisbane. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong technical expertise in BMS, project management experience, and the ability to coordinate teams effectively.

As the first BMS Project Manager in the Queensland branch, you’ll play a crucial role in establishing processes, delivering projects successfully, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a growing team with strong backing from an established business.

Key Responsibilities:

◆ Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of BMS projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
◆ Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance on system design, installation, and commissioning to meet project specifications.
◆ Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
◆ Team Coordination: Work closely with engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to optimise workflow and efficiency.
◆ Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
◆ Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, procurement, and cost control to maximise profitability.
◆ Process Improvement: Develop and refine project delivery processes to enhance efficiency and quality as the team grows.

Qualifications & Experience:

◈ Education: A degree or certification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
◈ Experience: Proven track record managing BMS projects from inception to completion.
◈ Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of the BMS industry
  ◈ Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects, coordinate teams, and ensure timely delivery.
  ◈ Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve project challenges.
  ◈ Communication & Leadership: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with clients and lead teams effectively.
  ◈ Additional: A valid driver’s licence and flexibility to travel as required.
