About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented Service Technician to join their dynamic team. Reporting to the Service Account Manager, you’ll focus on servicing, maintaining, and commissioning BMS/DDC Controls while nurturing strong relationships with property managers, mechanical services teams, builders, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service and maintain BMS/Controls systems with a focus on reliability and efficiency.

• Commission control systems to meet operational and compliance requirements.

• Conduct fault finding, problem diagnosis, and resolution for HVAC systems.

• Liaise professionally with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

• Maintain accurate documentation and provide clear, concise reports.

• Ensure work is completed safely and complies with OH&S standards.

About You

• Experience: At least 3 years in open protocol BMS/Controls/HVAC.
  Strong skills in HVAC fault finding and problem resolution.
  Proficiency with engineering tools for programming control systems.
  

• Skills: Organised with a high attention to detail.
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  Confident in client interactions and relationship building.
  

• Qualifications: Trade Certificate or higher in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Air-Conditioning/Refrigeration.
  Current OH&S induction card (Construction/White Card).
  Valid driver’s licence and Australian citizenship/work visa.
