BMS Service Technician
About the Role
Our client is seeking a talented Service Technician to join their dynamic team. Reporting to the Service Account Manager, you’ll focus on servicing, maintaining, and commissioning BMS/DDC Controls while nurturing strong relationships with property managers, mechanical services teams, builders, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Service and maintain BMS/Controls systems with a focus on reliability and efficiency.
Commission control systems to meet operational and compliance requirements.
Conduct fault finding, problem diagnosis, and resolution for HVAC systems.
Liaise professionally with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Maintain accurate documentation and provide clear, concise reports.
Ensure work is completed safely and complies with OH&S standards.
About You
Experience: At least 3 years in open protocol BMS/Controls/HVAC.
Strong skills in HVAC fault finding and problem resolution.
Proficiency with engineering tools for programming control systems.
Skills: Organised with a high attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confident in client interactions and relationship building.
Qualifications: Trade Certificate or higher in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Air-Conditioning/Refrigeration.
Current OH&S induction card (Construction/White Card).
Valid driver’s licence and Australian citizenship/work visa.
